Microneedling

Microneedling is a widely used treatment that reduces the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, skin pigmentation and scares.  Micro-needles are used to cause tiny shallow punctures in the skin, which encourage the body to create a wound healing response and renew the skin cells.

As the skin repairs itself the production of collagen and elastin is triggered to give an almost immediate plumped and rejuvenated effect.

PRP Facial (Vampire Facial)

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) facial (also known as a Vampire facial) is a complementary treatment to microneedling.
 

Blood is drawn painlessly from your arm and the Plasma is put into a centrifuge machine which spins and separates it from the Red Blood Cells. The Platelets become “activated” which causes the release of growth factors that would normally be used to heal injured tissue. These platelets are then re-applied to your skin via microneedling.

Since the platelets are high in growth hormone, and the microneedling stimulates the skin and collagen, the overall process has a fantastic effect.
